This Privacy Policy sets out how JIAN YANG HOLDING LIMITED (we or us) may collect, use, store and disclose your personal information. It does not limit the information privacy principles set out in the Privacy Act 1993.

In order to use the App, the Site and to access the Services, you will need to provide us with any information that we need to collect about you from time to time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (including anti-money laundering or taxation laws such as FATCA) and to comply with our internal compliance policies.

We are committed to providing a very high level of customer service, and your satisfaction is very important to us.

9. Additional Terms
9.1 New Zealand law applies
This Privacy Policy is governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, New Zealand law. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
9.2 Policy survives use
This Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you after you cease using the App, the Site and the Services, to the extent we reasonably think necessary or desirable, acting reasonably in the circumstances.
