For ease-of-use, we do offer a custodial service by default, meaning we can secure your Bitcoin for you. HOWEVER, you may also withdraw Bitcoin via standard Bitcoin address or a Lightning Network invoice.

We encourage our customers to learn about and practice self-custody of their digital assets. (This is frequently referred to as “non-custodial”). To properly secure your assets, we recommend a hardware wallet or even multi-sig rather than a “hot wallet” in which your private keys sit on an internet-connected device (mobile, laptop, etc.).
Does Bitforge have a smartphone app?

Does Bitforge sell any cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin?
No, we believe most alternative cryptocurrencies have major red flags including pre-mines (giving the founding team a large portion of the total tokens), pump and dump schemes where commercial promotion of a new token is designed to benefit VCs at the expense of retail buyers and centralization risk where a small group of insiders can modify the rules.
